Mosaik Union Bursary Award

Mosaik Credit Union Limited's Bursary Awards recognize the dedication and contribution of the valued youth in our communities. The growth of our credit union and the communities we serve see youth at the forefront of these achievements and with this, we hope to encourage those qualities of good citizenship and co-operation through this scholarship program.

The scholarship program awards up to $20,000 per year; providing a maximum of ten awards of $2,000 each to the youth in our communities heading off into their various post-secondary adventures.

To be eligible, you must:

• be a current member of or dependent of a member of Mosaik Credit Union with an active transactional account;
• submit a PowerPoint presentation or an essay of such length as to clearly illustrate why you are deserving of the award and how your values match those of Mosaik Credit Union; OR, provide a video (minimum of 3 minutes in length) illustrating the same criteria;
• ensure the completed application, including the PowerPoint, essay or video, along wtih a copy of your transcript, is forwarded vack to us by the application deadline;
• apply the award toward expenses for full-time training at any accredited post-secondary institution; full time training shall be defined as taking five (5) full credit courses or the equivalent in part time courses over one full academic year;
• show consistent effort in the school environment; including, academic, social and extracurricular activities;
• have consistent regular attendance throughout the school year;
• maintain satisfactory grades; a copy of your transcript must be provided with your application.

Recipients will receive the award in September after confirmation has been provided to the graduating high school of registration in and active attendance in a post secondary institution.
